Green Ginseng Ginger
Green Ginseng Ginger
Description: Ginseng - Ginger - Honey taste
Ingredients: Green Tea China Sencha (75%), ginger (13%), lemongrass, flavour, cornflower blue, blue cornflower, ginseng (1%)
Preparation:
To prepare Green Ginseng Ginger tea the recommended quantity for brewing is approximately 2 grams of tea leaves per 100 milliliters of water. This ratio allows for a balanced infusion, maximizing the extraction of beneficial compounds.
Boil the water and let it cool to a temperature of 80°C (176°F). Using too hot water can lead to a bitter taste, as the delicate catechins and amino acids present in the leaves may be adversely affected. Allowing the water to cool slightly after boiling is a practical approach to achieving the ideal temperature.
An optimum steeping duration of 2 to 3 minutes is recommended. This short infusion time allows the flavours to develop without overwhelming the palate. It is important to note that over-steeping can result in astringency, detracting from the overall experience.
