Important information about your right of withdrawal:
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU.
Please note that as our products include loose-leaf teas and food items, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (Article 16(e), Directive 2011/83/EU).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use this form or send any other clear written statement to info@tea-total.com before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
