Shipping policy
Tea-Total uses two shipping methods:
- An Post mail service for next day delivery
- Courier service for exceptions only - for this we charge a flat courier rate depending on location
We have a cut of time of 2 pm each day for next day deliveries to ensure we can custom pack your order. Outside of these times your order may take an additional day to arrive.
To provide you with the most cost effective shipping we typically use An Post next day delivery without tracking numbers to ensure you get the lowest shipping cost.
