Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tea-total.com to request a returns number. Once approved, please return the product to: Tea-Total.com, 28 Kerrymount Rise, Foxrock, Dublin, D18Y2F3. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email to info@tea-total.com) before the withdrawal period expires.
Please note: As our products include loose-leaf teas and food items, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery (Article 16(e), Directive 2011/83/EU).
Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. Please note that as these are food items, we will not accept returns if the product is opened or damaged.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
