Preparation:
To prepare Pu Erh tea the recommended quantity for brewing is approximately 2 grams of tea leaves per 100 milliliters of water. This ratio allows for a balanced infusion, maximizing the extraction of beneficial compounds.
Water temperature plays a critical role in the preparation of Pu Erh tea. It is advisable to use water heated to a temperature of 100°C degrees (212°F).
The steeping time for Pu Erh tea should be carefully monitored with an optimum steeping duration of 4 to 5 minutes is recommended.
